With more than 20 years of experience as a global HR consultant and Organizational Development advisor, I help organizations turn HR into a true engine of clarity, capability, and growth that lasts.

I’ve worked with leading organizations including EY, Deloitte, Al Mana, and Ooredoo, delivering transformation in HR strategy, leadership, organizational effectiveness, culture, and talent. My dual background in consulting and in-house HR leadership means I bring both the big-picture strategy and the practical execution needed to make change stick.

At Lopez Khoury & Associates, we don’t stop at recommendations – we co-create lasting transformation with our clients. Our approach is human-centered, culturally fluent, and built for the realities of the GCC.
