As part of our ongoing commitment to building purpose-driven leadership cultures across Qatar and the GCC, we recently delivered our transformative Leadership Breakthrough Program for Aspire Katara Hospitality (AKH).
Over two days, more than 80 managers embarked on a deeply engaging journey that strengthened emotional intelligence, communication, and accountability, while reconnecting teams with AKH’s shared purpose and service ethos.
Developed through a year-long collaboration, the program combined immersive storytelling, live coaching, and team challenges, creating an environment that sparked reflection, honest dialogue, and meaningful behavioral change.
